Whether you’re navigating trauma, anxiety, burnout, difficult relationships, or a major life transition, therapy offers a space to slow down, make sense of your experiences, and move toward lasting change. My role is to walk alongside you with compassion, curiosity, and evidence-based care.
Therapy is more than a place to talk about what’s wrong. It’s a collaborative process of understanding your experiences, discovering your strengths, and developing practical tools for lasting change.
My approach is warm, thoughtful, and tailored to your unique needs. I believe healing happens when people feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported while also being gently challenged to grow.
Whether you’re seeking relief from emotional pain or striving for a richer, more meaningful life, my goal is to help you move forward with greater confidence, self-trust, and self-understanding.

Because licensing laws vary by state, you must be physically located in one of these states at the time of your appointment.
Yes. I partner with Headway to accept many major insurance plans. Insurance coverage varies by plan and state, so I encourage you to verify your benefits before your first appointment.
If I’m not in-network with your insurance, private-pay options are also available.
Most individual therapy sessions are 50 minutes. Depending on your needs and treatment goals, longer sessions may occasionally be appropriate and can be discussed in advance.
Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, explore your personal history, discuss your goals, and begin developing a plan that feels right for you.
My hope is that you leave your first session feeling heard, understood, and hopeful about the work we’ll do together.
You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. Many people seek counseling because they’re feeling overwhelmed, navigating a difficult relationship, processing past experiences, or simply wanting to understand themselves more deeply.
If you’re longing for greater clarity, healing, or personal growth, therapy can provide a supportive space to explore those goals. If it turns out I’m not the best fit for your needs, I’ll do my best to help connect you with someone who is.
Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone. If you’re ready to begin your healing journey, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
